Without Masataka, Japanese whisky as we know it wouldn’t exist. so, we’re pouring a line-up of Nikka’s best, both straight and mixed. Expect bold pairings throughout the night, including BBQ Striploin with Kabayaki, Mushroom Rice, Green Leaves and Seaweed Wafu Dressing, matched with Nikka Miyagikyo Aromatic Yeast and Nikka Coffey Grain.
